Salary:
₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities of a Salesman/Salesgirl (6 main duties):
1. Assist customers by providing detailed information about products and making recommendations based on their needs.
2. Build rapport with customers to enhance sales and improve customer experience.
3. Ensure proper display of products and maintain cleanliness in the showroom.
4. Support billing and cash counter operations as needed.
5. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies promptly.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve their issues effectively.
