6-10 years in Agriculture, horticulture, Pesticides and Fertilizers: or Nursery and Greenhouse 
Salary -14,000 for fresher (Negotiable salary for experience candidate)

Job Description:

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. This includes managing client inquiries, feedback, and ongoing support.

Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to different plant products and customer needs. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and planning promotional activities.

Product Knowledge and Consultation: Staying knowledgeable about the various horticulture plants, their care requirements, and market demand. Sales executives often provide consultations to customers, helping them choose suitable plants for their needs.

Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends in horticulture. This helps in optimizing product offerings and identifying new sales opportunities.

Inventory and Supply Management: Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure the availability of plants in stock, managing orders, and minimizing shortages. This is essential to meet customer demands without delay.

Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales performance, tracking metrics, and preparing sales reports for management. This helps in assessing progress toward targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
