Job Description:

Inventory Management: Ensures stock levels are maintained by tracking sales, forecasting demand, and placing orders to avoid shortages or overstock.

Customer Service: Provides excellent service by assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for parents and children.

Staff Management: Recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises employees to ensure smooth store operations and high performance.

Visual Merchandising: Arranges product displays and mannequins attractively to enhance appeal and increase sales of kids’ clothing.

Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Tracks daily sales, sets targets for the team, and generates performance reports for upper management.

Store Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensures the store remains organized, clean, and safe to create a welcoming environment for customers.
