Experience - 3-4 years as a housekeeping supervisor

Salary -15,000-18,000 + Accommodation and food included

Job Description:

Supervising Cleaning Staff: Overseeing the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to hotel standards.

Inspecting Rooms and Public Areas: Checking cleaned rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Managing Inventory: Monitoring the stock of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and ensuring timely replenishment as needed.

Scheduling and Assigning Tasks: Creating work schedules for housekeeping staff and assigning tasks based on occupancy levels and room status.

Training and Development: Providing training to new staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and hotel policies.

Reporting Maintenance Issues: Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant departments for timely action
