Job description:

1. Staff Management: Leading the team of waiters, giving them instructions, and ensuring high standards of service.
2. Order Coordination: Ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and wait staff, and overseeing the timely delivery of orders.
3. Customer Service Supervision: Monitoring the guest experience, gathering feedback, and making necessary improvements.
4. Shift Management: Preparing shift schedules, monitoring staff attendance, and maintaining service quality.
5. Menu Knowledge: Being well-versed in the menu and training wait staff to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or complaints that arise, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers.
