Job Description:
Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Handling the process of checking guests in and out, including assigning rooms and providing key cards.
Guest Assistance: Assisting guests with inquiries, providing information about hotel services, and addressing any concerns or requests.
Reservation Management: Managing room reservations, confirming bookings, and handling cancellations or modifications.
Phone and Communication Duties: Answering phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments, and responding to emails.
Payment Processing: Handling payments, issuing receipts, and managing billing inquiries or discrepancies.
Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of guest information, room occupancy, and any special requests or services provided.
