Job description:

  • Guest Relations: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, schedule shifts, and ensure staff members are trained to meet the hotel's standards.
  • Reservations and Booking: Oversee the management of room bookings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimizing room occupancy.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in managing the hotel's budget, controlling costs, and handling front desk transactions, such as payments and refunds.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area, ensuring that the environment is welcoming and up to the hotel's quality standards.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Communicate and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
