Job description:
Inventory Management: Overseeing the stock of cosmetics products, including ordering new inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring adequate supply to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
Sales and Customer Service: Leading the sales team in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Visual Merchandising: Planning and implementing attractive product displays and layouts to showcase cosmetics products effectively, attract customers, and drive sales.
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising store staff, including sales associates and beauty advisors, to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell cosmetics products.
Performance Monitoring: Setting sales targets and goals for the store and individual team members, tracking performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with store policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to cosmetics sales, as well as maintaining store security measures to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
