Experience - Minimum 2 years in Agriculture, horticulture, Pesticides and Fertilizers: or Nursery and Greenhouse
Salary -18,000-25,000 According to experience
Job Description:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, such as retailers, wholesalers, landscapers, and gardening services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
Product Promotion and Education:
- Promote the horticultural products offered by the plant, such as plants, seeds, fertilizers, and gardening tools.
- Educate clients on the benefits and care of the products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales contracts.
- Close sales deals effectively, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market trends.
Field Visits and Trade Shows:
- Conduct field visits to client locations to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Represent the horticulture plant at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.
