Experience - Minimum 2 years in Agriculture, horticulture, Pesticides and Fertilizers: or Nursery and Greenhouse 
Salary -18,000-25,000 According to experience

Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and reach out to potential clients, such as retailers, wholesalers, landscapers, and gardening services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Product Promotion and Education:

    • Promote the horticultural products offered by the plant, such as plants, seeds, fertilizers, and gardening tools.
    • Educate clients on the benefits and care of the products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals:

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales contracts.
    • Close sales deals effectively, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market trends.
  • Field Visits and Trade Shows:

    • Conduct field visits to client locations to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
    • Represent the horticulture plant at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.
