Job description:
  • Guest Relations Management:

    • Ensure that guests receive a warm welcome upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
    • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision and Training:

    • Oversee the front office team, including receptionists, concierge staff, and bellhops, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills, knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Reservation Management:

    • Manage room reservations and ensure that bookings are accurately recorded in the hotel’s system.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests and any special requests are fulfilled.
  • Financial Management:

    • Monitor the front desk’s financial transactions, including room rates, payments, and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
  • Front Desk Operations:

    • Oversee daily front desk operations, including managing room keys, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks.
    • Ensure that the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests at all times.
  • Coordination with Other Departments:

    • Communicate and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Coordinate special requests, events, and guest services, ensuring all departments are informed and aligned with guest needs.
