Jobs Description:
Sales and Customer Service Management:
- Overseeing the sales floor, ensuring customers receive excellent service.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
- Managing stock levels, placing orders for new inventory, and ensuring popular items are always available.
- Conducting regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Hiring, training, and managing store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and provide good customer service.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staff performance to maintain a productive work environment.
Visual Merchandising:
- Creating attractive and effective displays for clothing and gift items to maximize sales.
- Regularly updating store layouts and displays to keep the store looking fresh and engaging.
Financial Management:
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, setting sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Managing the store's budget, including expenses, payroll, and financial reporting.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
