Experience - more than one year as a receptionist

Jobs Description:
  • Sales and Customer Service Management:

    • Overseeing the sales floor, ensuring customers receive excellent service.
    • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management:

    • Managing stock levels, placing orders for new inventory, and ensuring popular items are always available.
    • Conducting regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Staff Supervision and Training:

    • Hiring, training, and managing store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and provide good customer service.
    • Scheduling shifts and managing staff performance to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Visual Merchandising:

    • Creating attractive and effective displays for clothing and gift items to maximize sales.
    • Regularly updating store layouts and displays to keep the store looking fresh and engaging.
  • Financial Management:

    • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, setting sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve them.
    • Managing the store's budget, including expenses, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
