Experience - more than one year as a receptionist
Salary - 12,000-14,000 + Accommodation and food included

Job's description:

  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out:

    • Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting them with the check-in process.
    • Handling the check-out process, including finalizing bills and ensuring all services used are accounted for.
  • Reservations Management:

    • Managing room reservations and bookings, both in-person and through various online platforms.
    • Updating room availability and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.
  • Customer Service:

    • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Administrative Duties:

    • Maintaining accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments.
    • Managing correspondence, such as emails and phone calls, and ensuring all guest requests are recorded and communicated to the appropriate departments.
  • Handling Payments:

    • Processing payments for room charges, additional services, and other hotel amenities.
    • Ensuring the security and accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Coordination and Communication:

    • Liaising with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
    • Keeping track of room statuses, special guest requests, and coordinating with staff to provide exceptional service.
