Experience - More than three years in same line of work

Salary - 14000-18,000 Accommodation and food included

Job description:

  1. Staff Management:

    • Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of hotel staff. Ensure all employees perform their duties efficiently and maintain high service standards.
  2. Customer Service:

    • Address guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Implement procedures to enhance the overall guest experience.
  3. Financial Management:

    • Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and ensure financial goals are met. Analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.
  4. Facility Maintenance:

    • Ensure the hotel premises are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep.
  5. Inventory Control:

    • Manage inventory of hotel supplies, including linens, toiletries, and food and beverages. Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Marketing and Sales:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests. Collaborate with the sales team to boost occupancy rates and revenue.
