Job description:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve the showroom's sales targets and objectives, considering market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team, including sales executives and showroom staff, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell two-wheelers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of two-wheelers, including ordering new stock, managing stock rotation, and ensuring the showroom has an adequate supply to meet customer demand.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
Promotional Activities: Plan and coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic to the showroom, and boost sales of two-wheelers. This may include organizing events, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
