Job Description:
Customer Interaction and Sales: Engage with customers who visit the showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through the purchasing process, providing information about various two-wheeler models, features, pricing, and financing options to help them make informed decisions.
Lead Generation and Follow-up: Actively generate leads through various channels such as walk-ins, inquiries, referrals, and promotional events. Follow up with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Develop a thorough understanding of the two-wheeler products available in the showroom, including their specifications, performance, and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase features and highlight the advantages of different models to customers.
Documentation and Sales Closure: Assist customers with the necessary documentation and paperwork required for vehicle purchase, including vehicle registration, insurance, finance agreements, and warranty documentation. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support and assistance to customers, addressing any queries, concerns, or issues they may have after purchasing a two-wheeler. Coordinate with the service department to schedule vehicle delivery, servicing, and maintenance appointments as required.
Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the showroom management. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive sales and maximize revenue for the showroom.
