Jobs Description for Production in-charge:
Production Planning and Supervision:
- Develop and execute production plans based on market demand and sales forecasts for Ayurvedic cosmetic products.
- Supervise and lead the production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the Ayurvedic cosmetics industry.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality production processes.
Raw Material Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Source and procure pharmaceutical-grade raw materials for Ayurvedic cosmetic formulations.
- Establish and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, including B Pharma and D Pharma candidates, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in Ayurvedic cosmetic production.
- Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Documentation and Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including batch records and documentation required for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that the production processes align with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and quality assurance, to facilitate the development and launch of new Ayurvedic cosmetic products.
- Communicate effectively with different departments to ensure a seamless production process.
Job description for Quality control chemist:
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished Ayurvedic cosmetic goods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
Analytical Instrumentation:
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and other relevant equipment for testing Ayurvedic cosmetic formulations.
- Interpret analytical data and report findings accurately.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality control tests, procedures, and results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality documentation standards.
Collaboration with Production and R&D:
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with Research and Development to validate and optimize testing methods for new formulations.
Quality Compliance and Audits:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements in the Ayurvedic cosmetics industry.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits.
Product Release and Reject Analysis:
- Evaluate finished products for quality and compliance before release to the market.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for any quality deviations or rejected batches.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control function.
- Propose and implement enhancements to quality control processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
