JOB'S DESCRIPTION

Staff Training and Supervision: Overseeing housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning protocols, and ensuring adherence to standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities to ensure smooth operations and timely replenishment.

Quality Control Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.

Guest Relations: Addressing guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously, striving to enhance their overall experience during their stay.

Scheduling and Assignments: Creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and coordinating staffing levels to meet the demands of hotel occupancy while optimizing productivity.

Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety procedures and regulatory compliance in housekeeping operations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to health and sanitation guidelines.
