Experience - min 3-4 years in same role of work / preferably from Himachal or Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula

Salary - 5-6 Lakh per annum

JOB'S DESCRIPTION

· Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Develop, implement, and monitor the company's budget.

· Provide financial forecasts and projections to assist in decision-making. Roles & conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.

· Optimize the organization's tax position and minimize tax liabilities.

· Oversee and manage the organization's banking relationships.

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

· Supervise and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.

SKILLS

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial management.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making.
Capability to align financial strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's strategic planning.
Proficiency in negotiating financial agreements and contracts.
