• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling kitchen costs.
• Executing special events and catering, coordinating with other departments.
• Providing training and supervision to kitchen staff for a seamless operation.
