For Chinese Cook

  • Prepare and cook traditional Chinese dishes with precision and authenticity.
  • Execute proper knife skills and culinary techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate efficient workflow and timely meal preparation.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices to guarantee a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Innovate and contribute to menu development, bringing creativity to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.

For Indian Cook

  • Craft and cook diverse Indian dishes, showcasing expertise in regional flavors and traditional cooking methods.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using a variety of spices to create authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, managing ingredient procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow, efficient production, and timely service.
  • Uphold strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to menu innovation, introducing new and creative Indian dishes to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.
