Execute proper knife skills and culinary techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate efficient workflow and timely meal preparation.
Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices to guarantee a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
Innovate and contribute to menu development, bringing creativity to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.

Craft and cook diverse Indian dishes, showcasing expertise in regional flavors and traditional cooking methods.
