- Prepare and cook traditional Chinese dishes with precision and authenticity.
- Execute proper knife skills and culinary techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate efficient workflow and timely meal preparation.
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices to guarantee a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Innovate and contribute to menu development, bringing creativity to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.
For Indian Cook
- Craft and cook diverse Indian dishes, showcasing expertise in regional flavors and traditional cooking methods.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using a variety of spices to create authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine.
- Oversee kitchen operations, managing ingredient procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
