Requirements of Food Court Manager for Mall❗

Role and Responsibilities

To ensure that the quality of food being served in all the outlets is excellent and to ensure customer satisfaction. 
To ensure the compliance to food safety, sanitation and overall workplace safety standards. 
To review, set and enforce the company's policies and SOPs. 
To ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service, by handling customer complaints and respond to all concerns.
To organize events and build partnerships to increase footfall and sales of the food court

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, post graduate will be preferred
Minimum 08-10 years' relevant experience in Food Court Managing
Effectively bilingual in English and Hindi
Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude and outgoing personality
Open to work on weekends if required during promotional period
Independent, in-built sense of urgency and eye for detail,
Excellent network and maintaining relationships with Tenants. 
Salary: INR 5 – 6 LPA plus Performance linked bonus.
