Job Description 
To direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
Training lower level managers and staff.
Hiring employees.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.
Salary: INR 5 – 7 LPA plus Performance linked bonus.

Qualification – Graduate with at least 6-10 years of experience
